My family Christmas begins when we go to my grandmother’s house and then we eat Christmas Eve dinner. My favorite dish is fried fish and beetroot salad.
Next morning I wake up very excited because I know that there are a lot of presents next to the Christmas tree.
And how do you celebrate your Christmas? You can write a comment to me!

Here is the advice how you can celebrate your Christmas:

1. You have to cook twelve dishes for Christmas Eve dinner.
2. On the first Christmas day wake up early and unpack your Christmas presents!!!
3. On the Christmas Eve leave all dishes overnight for souls. It is believed that the souls will come that night and eat the dinner too.
4. On the Christmas day you can go meet your friends, relatives, and neighbors.
5. We celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December. On December 26th we celebrate children’s Christmas!!!

Here is a recipe for your Christmas table:

GINGER COOKIES
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine, softened
a cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Set aside.

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the water and molasses. Gradually stir the sifted ingredients into the molasses mixture. Shape dough into walnut sized balls, and roll them in the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar. Place the cookies 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet, and flatten slightly.

  2. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.2

NOW YOU CAN EAT YOUR GINGER COOKIES!!!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

  1. I simply adore Christmas, I mean like…. EVERYTHING about it! The gifts, the food, even the songs, we celebrate with my family, everyone is happy and in their best mood, we watch some Christmas movies, play games and eat tangerines! Friends come round and the celebrations gets bigger, the best thing about Christmas to me is that its holidays and we can share the “goodness”:)
