Traditional cakes with cabbage. By Ugnė 6c

Recipe for 35 cakes

1/2 cup of water

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. salt

10 g of dry yeast

80 ml sunflower oil

2 1/3 cup flour

2 cups of stewed cabbage

Prepare the dough In a bowl mix water, sugar, salt, yeast, flour and oil. Then knead it for 10 min. Place the bowl in a warm place and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

Making: Divide dough in for pieces. Every roll out thinly. With a glass cut out circles.

Making : Put a teaspoon of the filling and fold the circle in half. • Use your fingers to pinch the edges.

Making: Heat oil in a pan and fry cakes for a few minutes, until nicely roast on both sides.
